The Missile Defense Agency's Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) contract is a multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides the provides a flexible acquisition pathway for rapidly developing, delivering, modernizing, and sustaining capabilities that protect the United States, deployed forces, and allies from evolving missile threats. As a SHIELD contract holder, CRG is eligible to compete for task orders supporting the full capability lifecycle—from research, prototyping, and systems engineering through integration, testing, fielding, modernization, operations, and sustainment. SHIELD expands our ability to support the MDA and other authorized Department of War agencies with integrated technical, analytical, acquisition, program management, cybersecurity, and mission support. The vehicle allows CRG to bring together our proven federal mission expertise and specialized industry partners to build task-order teams tailored to each requirement.
