Contracting Resources Group has the capabilities and expertise to assist your company in modifying your existing GSA Schedule Contract. It is important that your GSA contract is maintained, reflecting your current service offerings and pricing. Modifications are priced based on the scope of work for each modification. Prices below represent the base price of these modifications, and the prices are subject to change depending upon the scope of each individual request. Regardless of the scope, CRG will prepare a complete modification package complying with GSA Schedule requirements. All documentation will be sent to clients prior to submission through GSA’s eMod System.
All modifications include the revision and upload of your company’s GSA catalog reflecting products/services listings that are posted on GSA's eLibrary and GSA Advantage website for federal agencies to purchase. CRG utilizes GSA's Schedule Input Program (SIP) for all catalog modifications.

In order to add products or services to your contract, you must be able to provide evidence of commercial sales. Modifications requesting additions under or of multiple SINs will incur additional costs.

Product deletion modifications are typically processed as Rapid Action Modifications (RAM), and take less time to complete.
CRG prepares and submits a modification package to increase your GSA pricing based on increases to your commercial price list. Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) requests based on commercial pricing must be substantiated by price supporting documentation such as invoices, and each GSA Schedule contract has set an annual EPA cap. CRG will ensure that the request is in line with the EPA cap for your company’s GSA Schedule Contract.

If you were originally awarded an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Mechanism based upon a commercial price list, but wish to obtain an automatic escalation rate instead, CRG is able to negotiate a revised EPA Mechanism. Some GSA offices are allowing contractors to use a hybrid EPA Mechanism. The escalation rate will be based upon any of the Department of Labor’s statistical analyses, such as an average of the Employee Cost Index (ECI). Escalation will take place annually on the anniversary of your company’s contract award. CRG prepares and submits a modification package to revise your EPA Mechanism, and to increase your pricing based on the negotiated index.
CRG prepares and submits a modification package to make administrative changes to your contract. These changes could include updating any of the various administrative aspects of a GSA contract. Administrative modifications are typically processed as Rapid Action Modifications (RAM), and take less time to complete.

Each GSA Schedule Contract is eligible for three 5-year options periods, allowing for a total contract term of 20 years. Eligibility depends upon contract compliance, contract sales and contractor responsiveness. CRG will ensure that eligible contractors carry competitive rates into their next option period and remain in compliance with GSA regulations.
A significant change in your company’s structure may require that you submit a Novation request to GSA. This request will disclose the full details of the structural change, and must include supporting documentation for review by GSA’s legal department. CRG prepares a complete Novation Package and corresponds with GSA throughout the process.
CRG prepares and submits a request to change the company name associated with your GSA Schedule Contract. Name Change requests may not be submitted through the e-mod system, and may take GSA longer to process.
