Management Analyst

Contracting Resources Group (CRG) is seeking a full-time, Management Analyst to perform analytical and administrative tasks in support of one of our Navy Medicine clients. We are looking for an individual with strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working in a Department of Defense Headquarters-level military office setting.

Location: Falls Church, VA

Clearance: DoD Secret Security Clearance required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree desired.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in military health environment and an understanding of the Department of Defense (DOD) military organization is preferred.
  • Experience providing strategic-level program management, coordination, training, facilitation, data processing, analysis support and policy review.
  • Must be highly organized and have ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Possess a strong initiative and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of government and contract staff including executive level government officials.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills at the Senior Director and Chief Executive Level with the ability to provide constructive advice to improve the effectiveness of management processes or procedures in the form of: information, opinions; alternatives, analyses and/or evaluations; and recommendations.
  • Experience in developing Executive Level briefings and correspondence.
  • Effective advisory and assistance support skills including: improvement of policy development, decision-making, management and administration; program and/or project management and administration; and research and development activities.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics for projects, program meetings and provide timely pre-meeting preparations and timely post meeting feedback.
  • Attend meetings and provide on-site support through drafting of minutes and review and edits for accuracy of meeting minutes developed by others.
  • Strong verbal and written competencies, high display of confidence in reporting to and communicating to senior management and ability to promote standardization of format, distribution, and purpose.
  • Proficient core competencies in organizational and planning, research, and monitoring skills, problem analysis and problem solving skills, use of judgment and decision-making ability.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Healthcare delivery environment with knowledge and experience in supporting programs and providing administrative support.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Project Manager

Contracting Resources Group (CRG) is seeking a full-time, Project manager to perform integration, facilitation, and project management in support of one of our Navy Medicine clients. We are looking for an individual with strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working in a Department of Defense Headquarters-level military office setting.

Location: Falls Church, VA

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall delivery of services to the clients and management of a multi-disciplinary team composed of Subject Matter Experts and Management Consultants.
  • Ensure team efforts align with stakeholder needs and provide technical and project leadership to ensure overall product quality.
  • Serve as the primary interface between CRG and the government client for all required project status information, tasking, risk management, coordination, staffing, scheduling, and problem resolution.
  • Prepare the Monthly Activity Report and provide updates on all tasks assigned by the government stake holders.
  • Responsible for performing program management activities to successfully perform quality work in a coordinated, accurate, and timely manner with adherence to the Quality Assurance Plan.
  • Coordinate various work streams with a goal to improve and maintain the highest possible levels of engagement, coordination, and facilitation.
  • Ensure intimate knowledge with the entire scope and requirements of the project and serve as a liaison between team members and government functional area management representatives responsible for the project.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing program/project operations to include developing management procedures and controls, planning and directing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare delivery environment supporting decision-making, collaborations, communications, developing and supporting policy development.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
